Hard Fall - James Buchanan This book has been on my recs for ages, but the font on the cover was just such a major turn-off that I didn't give it much thought. But then a friend recommended it and I actually read the reviews. A closeted Mormon deputy climber and a mixed-race ex-con... That's actually pretty interesting. In the end, I really enjoyed it (once I got past the country dialect). I liked the main characters a lot, was a bit disappointed by the mystery and often flummoxed by the technical climbing terms, but good grief was the sex hot. Right, off to find the sequel.
